B727 CRZ upset at night FL390 north of Saginaw, Yaw x Roll = DIVE! \\ Recovery after A-System Hydraulic lost pressure, 5.8G's during pull-out. \\ Investigators usually work-backwards, from Trail of Debris, aircraft examination, FDR data, crew observations. But an overbearing manufacturer misled the NTSB, insisting instead that the #7 Slat EXTENDED while at 39,000 Feet CRZ. This erroneous assumption, about the INITIAL upset, fouled each phase of the NTSB's investigation. -- Check the other SUB-Albums (Docket, Testimony, AAR-pages, Petition-pages).
